4 days past Father's Day blowout, my eating isn't perfect but have at least cut out most of the sugars...that's what throws me off the most. Surprise (not really), the chronic aches and pains are getting better which is just confirmation (again) that an abundance of sugars and simple carbs cause inflammation, which brings me trouble.
So, I can still do better in the eating department, but at least I'm better now than I was before I got worse, before I got better. Make sense?
Losing almost a half pound a day of bloat, hoping to be back where I was at 200 soon, then hopefully downward. That's the plan. Have a good one. :)
