Even though it isn't my official day to weigh in (that is on Fridays) I weighed myself...I started this healthy way of eating on Tues, June 7 2016 at 255 lbs...two weeks later I'm at 245. A 10 lb loss...I'm so happy. The weight is just falling off. I'm eating Ketogenic (120p/80f/15c,1400 cal), doing Intermittent Fasting (16/8), and getting 10,000 step in at least 3 days a week. I love this lifestyle!!

wow thats great! careful not to eat too much protein though because it does get converted to glucose and then u wont be burning fat, you'll burn the glucose off first

Thanks for the encouragement!! I consulted a friend that has been doing keto for couple of years and he directed me to a couple of site for my macros and 120p was the middle of the road for my height...most of the time I'm closer to 110. I did high fat/ moderate protein/little or no carbs for about a year and it wasn't effective (I actually gained weight) ...so I"m trying to stay conservative with my fat intake. I"m also starting back at lifting weights and will need the protein. Josh...I love IF!!
