missed dinner yesterday due to almost fainting at work was given chocolate for energy then slept till tea time. Dam monthly's not the first time its happened just not for a few years. Feeling low on energy again today will just have to see how it goes.

Have you been checked for menstrual anemia? I used to have that problem, I had to take iron supplements during TOM or I would have the same symptoms. Ask your GYN about your iron level during TOM, maybe he/she can help. After my hysterectomy, I don't have that problem anymore, thankfully. Hope you feel better. ;-)
