ok so i weighed myself and i am up 4 lbs...i just don't believe it, especially since i know it is my TOM and i am sure it is mostly water weight gain....i cheated earlier this week, but not enough to explain a 4 lb weight gain...! so i will weigh myself again later on in the week and be interested to see what the scale reads. i am going to the grocery store tomorrow to pick up some staples, and make some more veggie soup. unfortunately, i tried to enter my diet into fatsecret but it keeps booting me out...some kind of system error. it is frustrating!

Hate that the system is down but maybe when we return it will be up and better than ever. And - take a deep breath - you know the 4 pounds is water weight and will find its way out as quickly as it found its way in.

Don't forget that you aren't long off Prednisone and it can cause weight gain (as of course does banana bread - lol) I'm sure it will drop back off soon. Hang in there.
