ok so i weighed myself and i am up 4 lbs...i just don't believe it, especially since i know it is my TOM and i am sure it is mostly water weight gain....i cheated earlier this week, but not enough to explain a 4 lb weight gain...! so i will weigh myself again later on in the week and be interested to see what the scale reads. i am going to the grocery store tomorrow to pick up some staples, and make some more veggie soup. unfortunately, i tried to enter my diet into fatsecret but it keeps booting me out...some kind of system error. it is frustrating! happy thursday to everyone!
