THROWING AWAY THE SCALE. Seriously! It is old and big and clunky, and if I bend forward it reads lower than if I stand straight! Need to purchase a new one, but I do think I will wait a bit. It has not been my friend lately anyway; and I am still eating on plan but it ruins my day when it does not move.

Wonder how long I can last without one.......
