Just wanted to share a bit of a success story, maybe motivate some that are just starting their journey.
A little while back I'd bought 3 shirts from an online store. I took a slightly smaller size than my current already slightly big shirts as I planned on losing the weight.
On getting the shirts, two fitted, a little snugly perhaps, but they fitted. The third, well, when trying it on I couldn't even close it with a decent 3/4 cm gap between the two edges much less button it up!
This morning I was looking for an ironed shirt (I've been somewhat lazy in the dept of late), and grabbed one of my old all black shirts. On putting it on and starting to button I realised it was actually the one that i couldn't even close 6 months ago.
Now i could close it, button it and it fits brilliantly with some space.
Talk about a feel good way to start the morning!
Don't give up guys, the reward is SO worth the effort!
