174.2, another record low.

Actually followed my own advice and watched what I ate this weekend. Resisted the urge to eat crappy snacks (pizza rolls, etc) and kept my beer drinking to one evening.

I am hoping I can hit 172 by the end of the week.

Feeling pretty good about things today.
79.0 kg Lost so far: 10.3 kg.    Still to go: 1.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
