Well a recent seperation and battling depression has really kicked me in the butt. I keep loosing weight and now to stay healthy I have to start putting more on. Food just doesnt taste the same and honestly my appetite is tiny. Im thinking of joining a gym to help battle my depression and hopefully get me healthier but not loose any more weight. Its crazy to think that 2 1/2 years ago I was a size 14 and now Im a size 0/2. I just want something thats livable as well. Im not really comfortable this slim but on the other hand I dont want to let myself just put on weight.
