I have been totally sucking at recording my food. I need to do this and I am seriously lazy about it! AAH! I need to get some motivation. It's hard to do when you don't have anyone encouraging you at home.

It really is hard when you don't really have support at home. It's much easier to overindulge when others around you are. I got into that same trap Sunday. My mom made spaghetti for dinner and I made myself a reasonable portion but I kept seeing everyone else get more and my mom is saying "There's plenty!" I ended up eating a lot more than I should have. I almost didn't log that food but did it anyway and it was a huge wake up call. Just take it one day at a time and you will get back on that horse!

thanks! I think that's my problem. When I know I did bad, I just act like not recording will be like it never happened. I need to record my food-bottome line. That's what was helping me lose and now I am stuck in a rut for because I haven't been logging my info.

Yeah, I went on vaca for a few days and didn't log anything or excercise. It took me about a week before I was able to get back in the habit of recording everything. And then another week to get back to exercising. I was in that same rut. It's like a guilt and disappointment rut. I'm sure you will work your way out of it. Everything is one day at a time.
