Ok so day before my weight in and before the zumba challenge. how do I feel this week well i've definitely put weight on there is no question in my mind of that i've not stuck to the kcal limit on one day ive recorded over 1000 extra than what i was men't to have i'm convinced that it was so much more but it was my birthday. my gym is set up so hopefully i can hit the balance right of cardio and weight training to tone up yet lose weight. so the hard work starts tomorrow unfurtanly my nike + is not working the sensor is broke so that is getting replace hopefully on monday (tomorrow). nervous for tomorrow i know ive put the weight on but dont want to see how much :(
