had a pretty bad run in with some chocolate chips yesterday( I went over my calories by 135 and stayed under 100 carbs( that's a a miracle ) hopefully I didn't do too much damage .I made up for it earlier in the week by being at around 1200 calories (after exercising)I guess after 2 weeks on this and I haven't went off except for 1 meal and a snack , that's pretty good. I promise myself that no matter what that scale says tomorrow Morning I am not going to let it effect me all day and screw up my diet . I have to remind myself that even if I haven't lost this week I did last week and many weeks before ,that one week is not a deal breaker,I have to learn to accept the good with the bad ,and roll with the punches .I am also going to start focusing on my body fat percentage on the scale as well as my weight...anyhow that's my thought for now
