wow is all I can say. I dropped 1 fat percentage and gained 1% muscle since last Friday along with about 5 pounds. So this is 96 pounds as of today and 14.5 inches on the waist. Also this is day 1 of month number 7. so now its friday again in the weekend is here and I'm prolly gonna be drinking and doing stuff I can't help but doing in the weekend. So like I say every weekend I'm going to try my best. Oh and apparently I am single again just got dumped. lol oh well perfect timing with a new body.
