I'm really light on my feet now and running on the tread mill is fun and easy now. Last night I ran an entire 1.5 laps at 6.5 mph. So now my new goal is to try to complete a half mile at above 6. If I could keep it up that would be like less than a 10 min mile. A couple of months ago I was so happy to be running a t 3.8 thought i was doing something now I start at 5. Feels good even though the weight is slowly coming off now, I see changes every week.
