santan n kikil itu sumber lemak, 1 gr lemak itu 9 kalori, jadi wajar kalorinya tinggi.

Tergantung Dietnya Kak... Kalau diet Carnivore it's ok makan Kikil. Tapi kalau diet konvensional lebih baik dibatasi konsumsinya.

@all... makasih ya info ny...ni jd ad sisa 1 potong kikil rada2 takut mau makan. Karna nyita jatah kalori... 😁 soal ny bru mulai lg diet ny bbrp hari ni... takut betul kebablasan n gagal lgi
