I can relate to this. I am weight training. My weight has not really moved on the scale but I do see a difference in my body especially my stomach. Sometimes the numbers don't show on the scale because you are losing fat and building muscles. If you are weight training don't be discouraged.

When you work out, your body temporarily stores water in your muscles. Same if you have carbs. Your body needs to do that to recover and burn fat, so it’s a good sign — it means you’re working hard. Don’t take upward trends as a negative every time, especially when you know you’re doing everything according to plan. Give it 2-3 weeks and you’ll see the numbers move.

1. Check scale to make sure it's not faulty. 2. Do a 500 calorie day with intermittent fasting everyday. 3. make sure u drinking 1L to 1.5L water a day. Then focus on macros - maybe your 1200 calories is too high in carbs as they turn into glycogen and 1g glycogen needs about 3 to 4g of water to store.

hallo! you are eating too little calories😅 if you eat below 1500 for an extended time your metabolism slows down. try upping it to 1700kcal with added protein and healthy fats and you should start dropping again* good luck!
