@dindawulan : pagi joging 30menit atau jalan 45menit, sekitar jam 10 atau kalo ga sempet jam 4sore awrobik atau HIIT cardio kak per 30menit, minimal 30menit sih kak, perharinya, aku awal2 malah sanggup 10-15menit,
