I’m back on here to mainly just track my protein intake since i’ve finally gotten a proper gym membership (been going for 2 months) and have actually seen progress when it comes to building muscle! Although seeing my weight increase while going to gym is scary, my diet hasn’t changed so I know it’s not increasing because of more fat but hopefully because of muscle :)
