Well I got through yesterday without cheese so I have one day behind me. I know if I can make it a few more days without it I won't crave it so much so on to the second day.
Please say a pray for my friend Sandy she had knee replacement surgery a couple of weeks ago and the pain is extreme. She's had to do both hips and the other knee and says it's never been like this one, she's been through so much she's the friend that had cancer last year and went through chemo. This knee was suppose to have been done then. She's a strong woman and not whiney.
I don't really have much news I'm just pushing forward and working hard to not let the emotional things push me to junk food. I'm having extra stress right now because the 18th is the one year anniversary of loosing my Merlin and he was truly the love of my life as a kitty. His picture is on my profile page. The one with my profile is Marcel and I love him too but sometimes you have one that touches your heart more. Well I didn't mean to go there.
I'm still having some back issues so still using my table so that's on my list for today and of course the treadmill I think it's time to up the time on it a little.
I will do this one day at a time because I know I can and I need and want to.
