3 years now.
3 years ago changed my behavior and choices and psychology around food.
later, i changed my psychology, emotions and behavior around hunger.
developed a lot, A LOT, of radical philosophies and learned that a lot, A LOT, of information and recommendations are bull shit.
this is hard work, and it never stops being hard work.
this endeavor is approximately 5% knowledge and 95% controlling behaviors and choices.
IMO.
