Finally home! And today I feel recovered after a long couple of days of traveling. Saturday and Sunday were my rest days after my five day workout week. Saturday up at 3AM after a short few hours of rest. Got a 3 hour nap in before I left that night at 11PM for a red eye flight back to the east coast. Poor rest on the plane. Totally exhausted and off my usual meal planning back to the old habit of stress eating. Sunday night asleep early and early to rise Monday for another day of travel back south. Needed Tuesday to recover just from travel, grocery shopping and some meal prep done already but what a crappy way to rest after a tough workout week! Unsure if I should start my Day one of week 21 today or if I should give myself one more day to rest, today would be five days off. I think I will start my week today but later in the afternoon. Nice to be home again!!
