FITVII HM57 SmartWatch Sleep Data

Average Total Sleep: 6:28

After some initial setup issues, HM57 SmartWatch seems to be finally recording sleep consistently. Other health data is recording properly but sleep data was not being uploaded despite being present. Lots of binding & re-binding of devices, powering down devices and a few bad words. FAQs marginally helpful. Finally found the SOFT RESET button and this did the trick. POWER DOWN did not which was unexpected but not totally surprising have been in this line of work pre-retirement.

Verdict on watch, sleep patterns & trends needs a few weeks.

Supposedly, I only got partial data laat night so revised weekly averages are: Total sleep=7:07; Light Sleep=5:44; Deep sleep=1:22; % Deep sleep=19.2% 7-9 hrs with 1:30 deep sleep recommended; target deep sleep percentage 20%
