I don't have access to a scale here. I just finished my first weight training of week 20. I was super out of breath and struggling. Then I remembered I'm at high elevation so that has to be the reason. It will be interesting to see how my body adapts.
64.6 kg Lost so far: 2.9 kg.    Still to go: 3.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
