Well yesterday i did a 5 mile workout and it felt great. Later that night I decided to do a 2.5 mile walk and jog. That felt great too. After that I was editing pics and wanted to eat so bad. I didnt.

Then my leg started hurting bc I have arthritis bc I got too fat for my weak knees. So when I am in pain I "treat" myself with food. It has been a life long treatment. Then all the commercials on the tv were for food. Icing and cakes and chinese and meatballs, fast food, good food, great food, and JUNK!!! Oh man I thought I was going to die. Then around 2am as I am falling asleep and feeling oh so hungry when my baby decides to wake up and want to play. UGh! So now I am really really really wanting food! I didnt cave though. It was the hardest thing I have done I kid you not!

So today I am shooting for 10 miles. I am going to do the 5 miles here at home and then my exercise group wants to do it. So we will see if they get the whole way thru it. Not because they cant but bc it runs past an hour and biggest loser is on and they dont like to miss that. Lol. I tivo it.

My body really responds very well to exercise. I should know that. I should exercise daily bc I feel so good afterwards. My stomach doesnt bloat and I feel great. Anyways...

Today I will
Do leslie sansone 5 miles at least once
no food after 7:30
eat healthy throughout the day.
make sure I eat all 3 meals
Drink plenty of water.
