A better meal plan this week. I am slowly slowly getting thigs done as the back is still a big issue. I have started doing some easy TRX exercises and others concentrating on strengthening the back . my Lat muscles are cramping a lot so will work on those tomorrow. I am trying a magnesium oil I found in my cabinet today--apparently, I bought it possibly for pain. Workin on getting this fitness and nutrition back on track. I'm sure they are both dragging me down.
