Blob way down, muscle up, good hard rowing session last night after a medium walk. Made the airport run with no complications, made my 7AM call, puppy class tonight, will try and swim or row beforehand. I have to take care of the mid-morning walk with Summer by myself for the next three weeks, should be interesting. Will be good for me as far as a break away from the desk. I did play hooky for a couple of hours in the middle of the day yesterday as it was BF’s last day in town, back east for another month.
Edit: last night’s row was #43, don’t want to double-count. I didn’t log my weight correctly last night either, was 159.4. Everything else was correct.
Definitely feels like a “press on, press on” kind of day.
