Well, July is jam-packed already. One daughter moving her stuff to my house, the other trying to figure what to do next and flailing. Gotta organize my cottage which I didn't do because I had Covid and couldn't travel the 100 miles there and back to do anything. On top of this, I have to have a biopsy for unusual test results. I dread the procedure, any follow up pains, and also what might be the results. I am stressed but I am focusing on eating well. Chopped up a salad last night and cut everything into little pieces, mixed the dressing with some yogurt, and that was good. I like the chopped salad concept, where you chop everything up so you can't recognize it, got in some veggies that I didn't want to cook cause it was so hot. Now my window air conditioner is acting up. Why now? Dang it. 94 degrees Fahrenheit today!
