Just came in from getting my vitamin d….been to hot lately to enjoy the morning sun…but decided this morning..that 70 was cooler then no sun….and 40 min was just long enough to sweat out the water and electrolytes I was putting in…
My belt broke from to many years of use…I had a turquoise bird on a belt buckle I bought for my self back when I was in my 40 s..kept changing out belts…now years later I’ve switched to a ratchet belt…had to watch a you tube video ..to get educated…lol
I sit next to a guy at my table that is so negative…about everything…I feel so bad for him…but that is his choice…I don’t know how to talk with him to try and change his outlook…
lol…I forgot to finish my journal….i went down and talked to the guy….for an hour…he told me a lot of what was bothering him..I listened..gave suggestions…a new friendship..
