Good morning, late entry this morning. Just finished my surprise fruit and yogurt bowl breakfastd, haha. No pic, asno doubt by now you all know my breakfast bowl like the backs of your hands!
Shooting for day 1 of my two low cal days today. Need to keep the momentum going. Im motivated, but is my scale/body willing to cooperate? Theres the hurdle!
Heat indexes of 105 by end of week, so need to knock off workouts early in the day.
