Happy 😄 happy 😄 positive Thursday..

Time to catch up on scale…just struggling along…to many snacks….im guilty…I know what’s causing the gain..just can’t seem to change that…todays a new start…

Kitchen manager came to me with smiles..I’ve been talking to her about how bad canola oil is to cook with..her soliton was soy oil….i said that was no better…u played a podcast with dr Ken berry..she had a new outlook on it all…we will see….

Changes move slowly….
