Don’t discount the tater tot magic. I had some yesterday and lost half a pound 🤣 Way to go YOH!

More likely it is the low calories, low sodium and low fiber and not the miracle of tater tots. The thing about proper hydration is you can drink buckets full of water but if you don’t give your body the tools (sodium and fiber) to hold onto it you are just flushing it down the toilet.

That's the beauty of eating well most of the time. You can stray off the path & have a treat. If you go back to your usual WOE, any temporary gain will go away. After several years in maintenance, I don't freak out at a small gain cause I know it's in my power to vanquish it within a few days 😊

Sometimes If you are on the diet awhile your body stands still. A shock in food helps promote a weight loss when you get back on track immediately.
