Happy 😄 happy 😄 blessed positive Friday…

I’ve changed my eating plan….for a bit…2 reasons.. main reason to support Linda to eat what she needs to eat to heal her gut…and put her colitis in remission….the other reason…eating 3 meals…giving my body what it normally…does eat…but still watching the intake…haven’t ate like this in over 20 years…it’s a challenge….

I didn’t win at bingo yesterday…but hadn’t planned to…lol…and it was ok…less temptation …to go to room acrost from me…to buy snacks….

Heat advisory for us….noticed a paper on door this morning…as I went out to refill Linda’s bird feeder…80…feels like 86….Only 830 another miserable day…for anyone that has to be in it…

Cold in winter…hot in summer…no in between any more…
