Howdy!!!
I started 2months ago on intermittent fasting and I alternate weekly!!! One week I do OMAD 1500-1800 calories & the second week I do TWO meals again I keep both meals small and leave 7 hours between them (Lunch at 12.30 & Dinner @7.30pm then fasting to 12.30etc)in the 1500-1800 calories basically I will move up to two & three day fasts at the momment I’m very happy with my progress & I believe it’s sustainable long term for my weight loss journey…..
