this week the balance wasn't my best friend. right after the last official weigh in I shot up 2kg. probably ate too salty. came down again, but the 154kg mark was really stubborn. despite best efforts I just got stuck there the past 3 days.

c'est la vie I guess. had 1 or 2 nights where I ate more than I should, but still well.below my calorie deficit limit, and otherwise followed my calorie counting like an angel. it will pay off, just don't see it this week.
154 kg Lost so far: 25 kg.    Still to go: 25 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
