Morning walk after breakfast….missed my walk yesterday…but no more road trips for couple of weeks…

90 again today….so out early..in rest of day….to humid for me…hate that…

Linda colitis has started to calm down….shes doing brat eating plan…along with my imagination to help her enjoy it more….and all the commercials on tv doesn’t help….but now…she understands how triggers cause me to give in to snacking…its a learning process for both of us….

Well ☕️ is gone…time is moving forward….
