but then again, i did go to india and eat garlic naan everyday three times a day for 4 weeks.
JOY JOY JOY. You know what. . . I have to return to my whole day fasts on Mon, Wed,Fri. It's been the only strategy I've used to ever lose weight.
I thought I could do the daily governing what I eat. But i like eating without worrying about what I'm eating so BACK to my Mon,Wed,Fri WHOLE day, zero-cal, fasts I go.
Fasting is just easier. You don't think about it. You just do it. And on the days that I do eat, I just eat my usual stuff. (Not the naan usual - that was holiday Haf)
Okay. FAST day tomorrow. Let's see if my Sat weigh-in, post run will show a day's fast.

I really thought I could do the whole " have a small breakfast, lunch and dinner" but im just not cut out for that kind of weird food obsessing :)

ha ha, feel your pain!! although i didnt go to india, i went to family in jhb and ate all the home made meals i missed, and more!! gained slightly more than you, in addition to the gain from the year. i wish i could do this fasting story. just doesnt work for me. you got this!! good luck for saturday
