Happy 😄 happy 😄 blessed positive Thursday…

Watching the sunrise and sippin my ☕️ ….a full day on the road…Linda and I have out of town appointments…so packing a small cooler so she has food to eat to keep her colitis in check…for her…it’s getting back to eating like she was before..she fell off the habit…for me..it’s being able to tell her..I didn’t give into snacking after I left her room at night….for both of us…it’s a way of being on the same page of health…
