Right now I’m going into a maintenance phase until the end of July. Then I’ll decide how much more weight I want to lose. I think I can do another 5 this year, crossing over to the 70’s. Overall I think my lifetime goal weight is somewhere between 70-75kg. I’m in no rush though. Enjoying the journey.
