Alright, I think I'm finally ready for this. I've done this before and know I can do this again. It's all a matter of will, especially getting started and getting into a routine.
Now that it's spring, I think I can also get enough exercise. I begin tomorrow and need to plan out my day's food intake. I've heard that drinking a lot of water is also good. I need to make sure that I'm taking in at least 3 litres per day, and think I'll buy a 1.5 litre jug which I'll fill twice per day.
I think I should do a 'before' photo and should take regular pictures every few days to have something to compare to as I go.
