I did really good on my road trip. My boyfriend ate White Castle double cheeseburgers and I ate the turkey & carrots wrap I packed. He can eat anything he wants w/out gaining a pound!
Last night we had dinner w/a friend. We went to a great Italian restaurant. I managed to eat only 1 breadstick, a few dips of garlic butter & 1 slice of pizza w/ricotta cheese, basil, and garlic.
Unfortunately, I ate 7:30pm so I failed the anti snacking after 7pm boot camp challenge. But at least I didn't overeat!
So far today I've done really good, I passed up a cupcake shop. That's HUGE for me!
I walked a little bit today, but it's in the 90's a little to hot for me.
One more day of vacation to go.
