20 weeks later, 15kg down. I do see a difference, but not as much as I thought I would. ONWARDS I go :)

I see a big difference for example your Dowagers hump (I know I have it too, hate it) has gone down and that's excellent. So well done and keep going. Thank you for sharing this progress picture.
