Going on vacation tomorrow. This weekend will be a challenge to eat healthy.
I went to Wal-Mart tonight, got a variety of fruits, turkey lunchmeat, carrots, romaine lettuce, whole wheat wraps, and mozzarella string cheese. I plan on making myself a turkey wrap for lunch so I don't have to eat fast food. It's a road trip, perfect time for mindless munching if you're not prepared.
Thurs night we are going out for pizza. I will limit myself to 2 pieces, no matter how good it is.
Sat is my boyfriend's sister's wedding so I will have to eat a piece of cake!
I have packed workout clothes and the hotel has an exercise room.
I'm trying to be prepared for success.
It will be a challenge, but I will do it!
