Not a bad day, I learned about carbs, specifically potatoes, pumpkin and corn. I also ate the last of the cheese, rather than throw it out. No more cheese because of the high fat content. The macro side of things is new to me. I have no trouble staying under my calorie amount but haven’t been able to reduce my fat level all the way, but am working on that.
