Okay, so I’m starting to get the hang of this app, I must say, it’s pretty good. My calories were very close to my goal, I got 98% consumed.
I do have a problem however, that is my fat is too high and my carbs are too low. I will research how I can reverse that and still keep the calories at the goal number.
I have a couple of people following me, I presume I should make comments on their posts, sort of like Facebook. I’ll look into that also because I don’t want to appear rude.
