Gosh I am struggling. Had a small operation 2 weeks ago and my daughter's birthday party and a lot of stressful things going on. I am trying my best to stay on track but it's been difficult.

First thing is don't put pressure on yourself when you can't get to the fitness and if you're slacking on the nutrition stuff. It's going to stress you out more. This too shall pass. All of the best.
