Expected this today, went over my calories with +/-200. And was at the assembly, so not an active day...

Water and muscle went up as well as calories (slightly).
95.9 kg Lost so far: 12.1 kg.    Still to go: 35.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
