Ok, so I haven't been around, but I'm back. I have been having trouble with my jaw and my eating had been crazy. But I'm now not allowed to eat or really "chew" anything and I'm only having meal replacement shakes.. yuck. but it is halping me count my calories and I think I can get back on the banwagon with this plan... just till the jaw issue is fixed anyway.
