Fasting: I recently got addicted enjoying pre workout 😇😇

Might want to switch to stim free pre-workout every now and then so you don’t send your caffeine tolerance through the roof. 😉

That too, but caffeine is pretty safe for most people…even at substantial consumption. I meant more to keep your caffeine tolerance down so you don’t need to consume as much, which should save some cabbage! 🤑😉

Right I got that. And this is the only caffeine I am taking and I no longer interested in drinking coffee anymore @Craig

You got in and out of that one pretty quickly.🏃‍♂️💨 Although, it’s not the cheapest thing on the planet to drink😜 What’s the next? 🤷🏼‍♂️

I guess I might stick with this pre workout for lifetime as this keeps me away from hunger, better mental focus, productive and most importantly energized even though I don’t eat anything during the morning plus this is delicious 😋 doesn’t feel like no calories food 😅
