I've had a lull of complete utter not recording what I've been eating. Lame excuse buttt my phone crashed so all my apps just uninstalled. But new phone and back on!
yah!

I have been running 5x a week, so it's not like I've been not on track, just not tracking ;)

yeah!
55 kg Lost so far: 3 kg.    Still to go: 55 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
