수면 시간 1시~9시 (7시쯤 한번 깨고 다시 잠)

어제 등운동했는데 근육통은 미미했다
런닝머신 30분하니 혈액순환 최고였다
62.8 kg Lost so far: 6.1 kg.    Still to go: 4.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 0.7 kg a Week
