Where did the week go??? Tomorrow is weigh In day and feeling a little worried I didn't do well since I hardly did any exercise. Ugh and also Monday is my first day at this new university! Kind of stressing and worried about my first day in a new place don't know anyone.

Well you could always go for a walk tonight - I find it helps two fold - burns calories and helps manage stress!! you will do great at university - everybody is worried about making friends and getting to know people - just be your self and you'll do great!! Have fun and enjoy it!!!

Well I got work tonight then I'm going shopping for basic grocery stuff so about the time I'll get home will be 9pm or later (most likely later work hardly ever let's me off on time) so maybe I'll try to POP in a 20min DVD before a shower and bed. When I went for orientation a couple of weeks ago I didn't meet anyone in my field because I was the only one. :-/
